Job description
What youll be doing
Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we look after delivering trusted care advice and services that put patients this role youll use your clinical expertise every day surrounded by a brilliant team and tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Delivering NHS locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools
  • Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
  • Monitoring evaluating and continually improving standards of care and safety
  • Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
  • Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
  • Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What youll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC PSNI PSI)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
  • Passion for delivering essential advanced and private services
  • A collaborative team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in enhanced services
  • A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Relief Pharmacist Renfrew Area

Full-Time 40 Hours per Week

Were looking for a motivated and patient-focused Relief Pharmacist to join our team.

Based from our Renfrew store youll provide relief cover across our surrounding pharmacies offering a varied role with the opportunity to work alongside supportive teams in different locations.

Working Pattern
40 hours per week

Relief role based from Renfrew covering surrounding pharmacies.

Availability to work weekends
Availability to work 1 evening shift per month (until 9:00 pm).

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys variety values patient care and is looking to join a supportive and professional team.
