Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for the flexibility of working from home without compromising on the quality of work or career progression?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a competitive salary, an attractive benefits package, and genuine long-term career prospects.
You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced administrative team and modern case management technology.
Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion.

Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, leasehold and freehold transactions.

Provide exceptional client care, keeping clients informed throughout the transaction.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.

Draft and review legal documentation.

Carry out title investigations and resolve legal enquiries.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures.

Meet agreed service standards and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referrers.

About You A minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered.

Confident handling files independently with minimal supervision.

Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a remote environment.
