ber die Rolle:
High Five freut sich, mit Boehringer zusammenzuarbeiten, um Active Spaces und Wellbeing-Services f r Tausende Mitarbeitende in Deutschland zu schaffen. Unsere Physiotherapeutinnen und Physiotherapeuten arbeiten gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitenden unserer Kundinnen und Kunden daran, Beschwerden im beruflichen Umfeld zu verbessern und vorzubeugen.
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:
F higkeit, Beziehungen zu Kundinnen und Kunden aufzubauen und deren Bed rfnisse zu erkennen
F r die Mitarbeitenden unserer Unternehmens-Kunden gut erreichbar und flexibel
Durchf hrung von arbeitsplatzbezogenen Untersuchungen, Wiedereingliederungsprozessen und ergonomischen Trainings
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Pr sentation von Verbesserungsvorschl gen
Erkennen h ufiger physischer oder psychosozialer Probleme sowie Beratung und pr ventive Behandlung
Was Sie mitbringen:
G ltige Qualifikation in Physiotherapie oder Sporttherapie Sehr gute schriftliche und m ndliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Fundiertes physiotherapeutisches Fachwissen und K nnen; Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Physiotherapie ist von Vorteil
F higkeit, selbstst ndig vor Ort zu arbeiten
Starke Kommunikationsf higkeiten im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Stakeholdern und die F higkeit, Beschwerden und Verbesserungsvorschl ge eigenst ndig zu formulieren
Gehalt, Benefits & Extras:
3.800 - 4.100 pro Monat, abh ngig von Erfahrung und Qualifikationen
