Your role Lead cost-effective recruitment campaigns and events, providing expert advice on Talent Acquisition best practice. Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and selection through to hiring decisions. Source, screen and shortlist candidates, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit to identify high-quality talent. Drive direct sourcing initiatives through social media and talent attraction channels, reducing agency spend and building talent pipelines. Produce recruitment insights, statistics and management information to measure effectiveness, identify trends and support workforce planning. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, delivering a proactive, customer-focused recruitment service.

Your skills Recent experience in a similar recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition role. Experience managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes. Knowledge of recruitment and resourcing best practice, including current legislation and employment regulations. Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and candidates. Ability to provide recruitment advice and guidance to managers and colleagues at all levels. Full UK driving licence essential.
