Job description
Manufacturing Supervisor (4 Day Working Week) Pocklington Up to £38,000 Overtime Free Parking On-site Canteen Casual Dress Are you a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar with a background in manufacturing looking to join a well-established company offering a fantastic 4-day working week where you can lead a close-knit team and play a key role in production? This role would suit a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar with experience operating CNC machinery or laminating equipment or similar, and looking for a stable position with an excellent work-life balance through a Monday to Thursday working pattern.

In this role, the successful Manufacturing Supervisor or similar will lead a small production team, coordinate daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor team performance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment while supporting continuous production across the manufacturing facility.

The Role: Leading and supporting a small production team within a busy manufacturing environment Coordinating production plans with machine operators to meet daily targets Operating and supporting CNC machinery, beam saws and panel laminating glue lines where required Ensuring quality standards are maintained through inspections and dimensional checks Recording scrap and reject data while promoting continuous improvement Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping Monday to Thursday, 7:00am
