litiesLead the management of rail and transport infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. Develop and prepare tender proposals and feasibility studies. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the client portfolio. Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycle. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality delivery. Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Manage project teams and coordinate with internal and external partners. Ensure compliance with project procedures, NEC contracts, and regulatory requirements.
