With over 50 years of industry expertise, they supply precision-engineered components into sectors including aerospace, defence, nuclear, and energy.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their busy production team at their Victoria Production Engineering division.The RoleAs a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Mazak CNC lathes to produce high-precision components to strict aerospace standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business offering long-term stability, career progression, and a strong benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, setting and operating Mazak CNC lathes (Mazatrol controls)Manufacturing complex components from engineering drawingsWorking to tight tolerances within an aerospace environmentConducting in-process inspection using precision measuring equipmentEnsuring compliance with AS9100 and quality standardsCollaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve efficiencyRequirementsProven experience as a CNC Turner within a precision engineering environmentStrong knowledge of Mazak machinery and Mazatrol programmingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standardsBackground in aerospace or similar regulated industry (desirable)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Excellent benefits packageDiscount schemes and gym membershipCareer development and progression opportunitiesSupportive, modern manufacturing environmentAbout WinsearchWinsearch is a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering and manufacturing roles across the UK.
