A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international engineering and construction organisation delivering a long-term £500 million water infrastructure framework.
With secured work extending through to 2031, you'll play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of capital investment projects valued between £10 million and £30 million, operating under NEC contracts. This newly created position has been established following significant framework success and offers outstanding career progression, structured professional development and the opportunity to contribute to nationally important infrastructure.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial leadership across multiple projects, ensuring robust contract administration, effective cost management and successful commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with operational, engineering and project delivery teams, you'll identify commercial opportunities, manage contractual risk and support the delivery of projects safely, efficiently and profitably.
