Remuneration: £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of the Contracts Manger Building Surveying & Compliance will involve:
Contracts Manager position responsible for a range of Building Surveying and Compliance contracts (covering fire safety, security compliance and remedial works projects across a range of commercial and public sector buildings)
Manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Conduct site surveys, customer meetings and project inspections across the Oxfordshire counties
Produce project documentation including risk assessments, method statements, job packs and technical submissions
Liaise with clients, suppliers, installation teams and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project costs, margins and progress, providing regular updates to senior management
Manage project programmes, resolve site issues and ensure compliance with training, safety and operational requirements
Overseeing projects with a value of up to £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be an Contracts Manger Building Surveying & Compliance with:
Must have experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector
Highly advantageous to have experience working on public sector projects (education, healthcare, local authorities, social housing etc.)
Ideally have experience within the fire protection, fire door, automated doors, M&E works or a related sector
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong xwwtmva Excel skills)
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Must be a great team player
High levels of organisation
