Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality diabetic care and education to patients in various settings. * Participate in health initiatives, clinics, and patient engagement programs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care. * Provide remote consultations and support via digital platforms where required. Requirements * Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. * Ideally have an up to date DBS and be on the update service (not essential). * Specialist training or experience in diabetes care. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments. * Willingness to travel for face-to-face appointments. * Full UK driving license and use of a car.
