What you will do: * Conduct Mental Health Act assessments and make informed decisions in line with statutory responsibilities. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement appropriate care plans. * Provide expert advice and support to vulnerable adults, ensuring their rights, wellbeing, and safety remain central to all decision‑making. * Liaise effectively with mental health teams, medical professionals, and partner agencies to deliver coordinated care. * Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive case records and prepare detailed reports where required. * Participate in team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice sessions to support continuous service improvement. Qualifications/Requirements: * Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. * Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and current approval. * Extensive experience working within adult mental health services and Mental Health Act legislation.
