Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to support the growing clinical side of our domiciliary care business. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care, providing clinical guidance and oversight to our care staff.   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and CQC standards. * Serve as a point of contact for customers and families, providing information and addressing concerns. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, district nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care. Required Qualifications / Experience : * Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC PIN(essential) * Proven experience in a clinical or care management role. * Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care. * Experience with care planning software and electronic health records. * Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and procedures. DBS checking and references will be undertaken in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.
