Brake Press OperatorDorkingSalary up to £39,087.36 DOEWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team in Dorking.

This Brake Press Operator role offers the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment.As a Brake Press Operator , you will be responsible for producing high-quality components, working to engineering drawings and tight tolerances, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator looking for a stable, long-term position.Key Responsibilities:Set and operate CNC brake press machinery as a Brake Press OperatorInterpret technical drawings and manufacture components to specificationCarry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are metMaintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standardsWork as part of a team to achieve production targetsRequirements:Proven experience working as a Brake Press OperatorAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality controlExperience working with stainless and mild steelReliable and team-oriented approachShift Pattern:40 hours per week (permanent role)Rotating weekly shifts: Early: 5:45am 1:45pmLate: 2:15pm 10:15pmMonday to FridayPaid 30-minute break each dayImportant:Candidates must be able to travel to Dorking, as public transport does not support these shift timesBenefits:Profit Related Bonus Scheme (approx. xwwtmva
