Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller for a 3 month contract based in London or RemoteCandidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experiencePurpose of the role:We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Designer to support the delivery of a major commercial development project.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in BIM coordination, model management, and the production of high-quality MEP designs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate MEP BIM activities across the project.Manage and maintain project models in line with BIM standards.Support design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.Produce and develop MEP models and drawings using Revit.Coordinate services using Revit and Navisworks.Work closely with engineers and project managers to deliver project requirements.Support collaboration through digital delivery platforms.RequirementsExperience within building services consultancy or contracting.Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills.Experience managing BIM models and coordinating project teams.Good understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health services.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.About the clientAbout the clientArup is an equal opportunity employer that actively promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive workforce.
