What you will do: Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of patients within the community hospital setting. Perform compression bandaging and manage both simple and complex wound care with precision and expertise. Ensure accurate medication management, including administering injections. Provide compassionate end of life care, managing syringe pumps and administering stat doses with sensitivity and care. Conduct catheterisation procedures for male, female, and suprapubic catheters and offer bowel care services including DRE/DRF. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and wellbeing.
