Avon Search is delighted to be recruiting for a Chef on behalf of a highly regarded, award-winning, family-run residential care home located in the picturesque village of Cawston, just 11 miles from Norwich.
This welcoming home provides exceptional residential care in a warm and supportive environment where residents are encouraged to live with dignity, independence and comfort. With 36 spacious en-suite bedrooms, the service offers a true home-from-home atmosphere and is renowned for delivering person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
The experienced team provides specialist support for older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and mental health conditions. Nutritious, freshly prepared meals are an important part of daily life within the home, helping to promote residents' health, wellbeing and enjoyment.
The home is thoughtfully designed on a single level, making it easily accessible for residents. Bright communal lounges, attractive gardens and welcoming dining areas create a pleasant environment where residents can socialise, relax and enjoy quality home-cooked food.

The Role
As an Assistant Chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef to prepare nutritious, appetising meals that meet residents' individual dietary requirements while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
