We are looking for anInterim Manager with a background in luxury homes.This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £350 to £500 and inside IR35.

You'll have the chance towork within an Oustanding ratedresidential home in East Anglia.As an Interim Manager, you will:- Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.- Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.- Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.Package and Benefits:- Daily rate of £350
