\nAre you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a leadership role where you can mentor a team, work on varied commercial projects, and receive full support towards Chartership?
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction company covering a range of commercial projects with over 40 years of experience. Working with the NHS and Councils, they have seen continuous growth and are now looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their tight-knit team.
\nIn this role you will be monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying over costs early. You will work closely with other departments in office or at occasional site visits while assessing the progression on projects regarding cost and budgets. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors and Apprentices.
\nThe role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a managerial position with a well-established construction company offering real progression and dynamic projects.
