Welder & ADHOC Yard Worker | Reading | Full Time | Monday – Friday, either 6:00 am – 4:00 pm or 7:00 am – 5:00 pm | £13.00 – £13.21 per hour

Our client has an extensive network of over 40 offices and depots across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe, standing as a forefront market leader in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of various temporary solutions such as fencing, hoarding, barriers, traffic management, ground protection, and builders' plant.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder & ADHOC Yard Worker to join the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality welding, fabrication support, and general yard duties, ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Utilise hand tools, power tools, shape, and assemble metal parts
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately complete welding tasks
Assist with the assembly of metal structures and components, ensuring proper fit and finish
Conduct inspections of welds for quality assurance, adhering to safety regulations and standards
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following health and safety protocols at all times
