Key responsibilities include:Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experienceProviding expert knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and menusPreparing bills and processing payments accurately using the POS systemHandling guest queries and resolving any issues professionallyCompleting daily cash-ups and recording takings accuratelyCarrying out end-of-day lock-up procedures to secure the bar and premisesMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and guest areasSupporting the F&B Manager with the smooth operation of the barWorking closely with the restaurant and wider hospitality team, assisting with food service when requiredFollowing all food hygiene, licensing, and health and safety regulations at all timesYour personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
