What you will do * Clinical Assessment: Manage a caseload of MSK patients, carrying out detailed assessments and determining appropriate treatment pathways. * Treatment Planning: Deliver evidence-based interventions and personalised rehabilitation programmes. * Patient Management: Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. * Referral Management: Facilitate onward referrals when required to ensure comprehensive care. * Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation. * Communication: Liaise effectively with colleagues and patients via phone, email, and clinical systems. * System Use: Utilise Rio (essential), engage with E-referrals (desirable), and apply Excel skills for effective case management. Qualifications / Requirements * HCPC Registration: Must be a registered Physiotherapist. * Experience: Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy is essential. * Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required. * Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, and decision-making abilities. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
