Someone who can make every client feel welcome, remain calm during busy periods and become an important part of our close-knit team. *About the role* This is a full-time front-of-house position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include : * Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, friendly welcome * Answering telephone enquiries * Booking appointments and managing the appointment diary * Taking payments * Supporting the smooth running of reception * Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and welcoming * Delivering outstanding customer service every day This is a *front-of-house reception* *role*.
You'll be the face of the practice and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client. *What we're looking for* Previous reception or customer service experience is essential.
Veterinary experience is welcome but isn't essential-we can teach you that.
