We are partnering with the owner of one of London's most prestigious residential estates to appoint an accomplished General Manager to oversee all aspects of estate operations.
This is a high-profile leadership opportunity within an ultra-prime environment, where exceptional standards of service, operational excellence and resident satisfaction are paramount. As the senior on‑site leader, you will take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the estate, providing strategic direction across property operations, facilities management, resident experience and third‑party service delivery.
Working closely with ownership and key stakeholders, you will foster strong resident relationships, drive continuous operational improvement and ensure the estate consistently delivers a best‑in‑class living experience. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will combine commercial acumen with a hospitality‑focused mindset, creating an environment where service, governance and attention to detail are delivered to the highest possible standard.
