We cant offer a CoS for this role You have Solicitor or barrister qualification with rights of audience Experience managing housing litigation or a similar legal caseload Knowledge of civil procedure rules and court processes Experience handling anti-social behaviour, possession, or tenancy breach cases You have skills in drafting legal documents and preparing court cases Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
