The Role
Position: Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Esher, Surrey (KT10)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✨ Has experience working within a school or childcare environment
✨ Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential
✨ Can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
✨ Has strong communication and organisational skills
✨ Is caring, proactive, and adaptable
✨ Can support pupils with varying learning abilities
✨ Has experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other Special Educational Needs, which would be a great bonus
✨ Has a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:
Support pupils across the curriculum
Deliver small group interventions where required
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Work closely with teachers to meet pupils' individual learning needs
Contribute positively to the wider school community
