Employer Engagement Manager
Manchester (office based unless at meetings/events)
\n £35,000 - £40,000 per annum OTE

The Role:
\n We are looking for an experienced and proactive Employer Engagement Manager who will build strong employer relationships, generate vacancies and support adult learners into sustainable employment through pre-employment programmes within the FE & Skills sector. This role focuses on working closely with employers to source inclusive, sustainable job opportunities and create positive employment outcomes for learners.
\n You will identify, engage and convert new employer partners, understand recruitment needs, and position pre-employment programmes as effective recruitment solutions. You will build a strong employer pipeline across priority sectors, secure interview commitments and work closely with internal teams to ensure learners are matched to suitable employment opportunities.
\n You will be target-driven, working to KPIs across employer engagement, vacancies, interviews and job outcomes, while maintaining accurate CRM records and representing the service professionally at employer meetings, networking events and sector exhibitions.
\n This is a key role for someone who enjoys business development, relationship management and making a direct impact within adult learning, employability and the FE & Skills sector.
