We are recruiting for a newly created position; Compliance Manager for one of our leading clients based in Leeds. You will take ownership of the company's compliance, governance and regulatory framework. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the business operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice, while promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with evolving legislation and regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to influence business-wide governance, minimise legal and operational risk, and support the organisation's continued growth.

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience in a Compliance, Governance or Risk & Compliance management role, together with a comprehensive understanding of UK regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
This position offers the opportunity to play a strategic role within a successful organisation where compliance and governance are integral to business performance. You will be responsible for driving best practice, strengthening regulatory compliance and supporting the continued development of robust governance processes across the organisation.
