Join us as a Material Handling Operator. Responsibilities: * Assist in controlling the material flow within the Commercial Parts Department. * Ordering directly from suppliers for ancillary equipment as and when required for customer projects (external suppliers) * Raising purchase/framework orders for logistics partners * Raising shipping documentation (GAI, Packing list) for export shipments * Organising and manage the process to obtain letter of credits and certificate of origin from the Chamber of Commerce. * Prepare items for Despatch and create DAANs as required. * Prepare KITS as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares. * Prepare TEST as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares. * Manage inventory to achieve timely and cost-effective customer deliveries. * Suggest process improvements to enhance the Commercial Parts Business, and possible opportunities for cost reductions. * Work collaboratively with other departments and maintain compliance with all appropriate HSQE procedures and processes. * Where necessary, assist Despatch Department in packing orders ready for collection by couriers. * Assist in the factory move from Poole to Bournemouth Airport, possibility of using Reach and Bendi trucks, and fork lifts. Qualifications & Experience: * Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable * Ability to use a forklift for loading and unloading lorries.
