: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary

: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours

: Rotating shift pattern (Early's/lates)

Location

: Commutable from Malmesbury, Faringdon,

Chippenham, Swindon

Company: We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to work within a large industrial company at one of their automated factories.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Engineers (Shift Engineers) support the production machinery including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. This would suit Maintenance Engineers who like to variation, to work across a range of machinery and equipment, who arent afraid to apply themselves and learn.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/process environment. Completed an Engineering Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualification. A Higher National Diploma will be a distinct advantage or C&G equivalent. You will be self-motivated, able to make decisions and react quickly to the needs of the business. Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. (Inc. use of MS Office) To record PPM information into a CMMS system accurately. A logical approach to fault finding with a high attention to detail. Able to travel to offsite training facilities and other factories in the group, as and when required Have ANY of the following experience; conveyors, boilers, packaging, bearings, belts, 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, belts, bearings etc.
