Were looking for an experienced, compassionate leader who can inspire a dedicated team, create a positive culture and ensure every child receives the exceptional care they deserve. Youll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential. As our organisation continues to grow, were looking for talented Registered Managers who are ready to make a lasting difference. This is an opportunity to lead your own home, develop your team and play a key role in improving the lives of vulnerable children. What youll bring to the team as Registered Manager: Extensive experience in residential childcare Previous experience managing and supervising staff Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes You will receive: Salary of £49,268 - £56,768with bonus potential up to £18,000 Relocation support of up to £5,000 26 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave Service awards at 2,5 and 10 years.
