This is a key role responsible for leading the preparation of accurate, competitive and commercially focused estimates and proposals for new business opportunities, renewals and major contract ten
ders.

stimating✅ Strong experience pricing complex FM
contracts✅ Knowledge of SFG20 schedules, SLAs and contract req
uirements✅ Experience managing tender processes from opportunity through to s
ubmission✅ Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins
and risk✅ Excellent Excel and reporti
ng skills✅ Ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders an
d clientsIdeally you will have experienc
