\n We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager Trainee who wants more responsibility, genuine career progression and the chance to develop into a Branch Manager. You don't need experience in this industry – what matters is your ability to lead people, deliver outstanding customer service and thrive in a busy operational environment.\n

\n This is a hands-on Branch Manager Trainee position where you'll learn every aspect of running a successful branch. From leading a team and driving sales to managing day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience, you'll receive structured training while taking on increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.\n
\n
\n The Role As a Branch Manager Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced managers to develop the commercial, operational and leadership skills needed to run your own branch in the future.\n

Your responsibilities will include:\n

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy branch
    • \n
  • Leading, motivating and developing a customer-facing team
    • \n
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries
    • \n
  • Managing bookings, administration and operational activity
    • \n
  • Monitoring branch performance, workflow and service standards
    • \n
  • Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow revenue
    • \n
  • Building lasting relationships with customers
    • \n
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance and presentation
    • \n
  • Learning how to manage branch performance, profitability and commercial decisions
    • \n
  • Taking on greater responsibility as part of your development programme
    • \n

  • Supervisor ready for the next step
    • \n
Experience within supermarkets, retail, hospitality, leisure, food retail or any other fast-paced customer-facing environment would be highly relevant.\n
