Lettings Assistant - Temporary Contract (via Moxie People)

Moxie People are supporting a well‑regarded housing provider in West Wales who are looking for a confident, customer‑focused Lettings Assistant to support their busy lettings service on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with property or housing experience who enjoys being out and about, meeting customers, and ensuring homes are ready to let.
What you'll be doing
You'll support the lettings team with end‑of‑contract inspections, mutual exchanges, and general tenancy processes across Pembrokeshire. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll be out in the community most days, with 1-2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays essential).
