Job description

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a HR Payroll Administrator on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at Infopro Digital Services Limited based out of our London offices.

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to be part of our diverse Regional HR Team who support entities across the UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Asia and Australia.

As a Payroll and HR Administrator, you will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, timely payroll and employee administration across our regional locations. This role is ideal for a payroll professional looking to take the next step in their career, offering the chance to work within a multinational organisation while gaining exposure to global payroll processes and emerging HR and payroll automation initiatives.

You will play a key part in maintaining employee data, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal controls. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role that supports the smooth running of end‑to‑end people processes in a growing, international environment.

Job Responsibility

Payroll

  • Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll input such as new starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences, and variable pay.
  • Support monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate data is provided to in‑country providers.
  • Help review payroll outputs, payslips, and reports, escalating discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain payroll records in line with audit and compliance requirements.

Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and other company schemes.
  • Process enrolments, changes, and leavers, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Liaise with local benefit brokers and respond to employee queries.

HR

  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the HR Team.

Requirements

Must-have experience:

    • 2+ years' UK payroll administration experience.
    • Strong end-to-end payroll exposure with involvement across the full payroll cycle, not a highly segmented payroll role.
    • Experience processing starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences and variable pay.
    • Strong payroll reconciliation, validation and data accuracy experience.
    • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas and data analysis.
    • Experience using payroll systems.
    • Benefits administration experience (pensions, healthcare, salary sacrifice or similar schemes).
    • Eligible to work in the UK.

Highly desirable:

    • Experience using HRIS platforms.
    • Experience supporting international or multi-country payrolls.
    • Experience working with outsourced or in-country payroll providers.
    • Exposure to payroll reporting, audits and year-end payroll activities.
    • Experience improving processes, automation or payroll efficiencies.
    • Experience working in a small or medium-sized organisation.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working based in London, with 3 days working in the office
  • Generous Annual Leave – 25 days, rising to 30
  • Your birthday off – on us
  • Group Personal Pension Plan
  • Annual Retirement Planning Advice
  • Mortgage Advice
  • Life Assurance
  • Interest-free Season Ticket Loan
  • 24/7/365 Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling
  • Employee Recognition Scheme
  • Retail and Gym Discounts
  • Eyecare Vouchers
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Holiday Buying Scheme
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • Enhanced Family-Friendly Leave
  • Dedicated Menopause Policy with a culture of open, inclusive support
