Front of House Supervisor - Thornton-Cleveleys
We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Orco Lounge a local caf bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to 13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, Senior Server, or Hospitality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career!
About the Supervisor Role

As Supervisor you'll be a key part of the team at Orco Lounge; supporting your managers, leading your colleagues through each shift, and helping make sure every customer leaves happy. If you love the buzz of hospitality, take pride in doing things properly, and want to take your first steps into management, this could be perfect for you.
