Building & Front of House Manager

What youll be doing

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will:

Workplace & Facilities Management

• Manage the day-to-day operation of our UK Headquarters.
• Oversee facilities maintenance workplace services suppliers and budgets.
• Ensure a safe professional and efficient workplace while driving continuous improvements.

Front of House & Visitor Experience

• Lead the end-to-end visitor experience ensuring a welcoming secure and professional environment.
• Coordinate client visits executive meetings events hospitality and catering.
• Support senior leaders and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Lead develop and coach the Front of House and Facilities teams.
• Set clear standards and foster a culture of service excellence and accountability.

Safety Security & Compliance

• Lead health & safety security and compliance activities across the Headquarters.
• Manage access control visitor management inspections and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support incident investigations where required.

Contractor & Emergency Management

• Manage contractor compliance permits and risk assessments.
• Support business continuity emergency planning and workplace incident response.

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Experience managing facilities workplace operations front of house or hospitality services.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Good understanding of workplace health & safety security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing contractors suppliers and third-party partners.
• Ability to work confidently with senior leaders and executives.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Driving Licence is required for this role
• Right to Work in the UK.
• 5 Year checkable employment history and the ability to cover any gaps during that period.

Desirable

• SIA Front Line Licence. (Or willing to obtain within he first 6 months in the role)
• Facilities Management qualification.
• Experience working in a corporate headquarters environment.

Knowledge of IOSH & NEBOSH
