Retail Operations Manager Job – London
Up to £48,000 + Benefits | Multi-Site Optical Retail
Please note: Applicants must have at least two years' experience within the optical industry and previous multi-site retail operations experience. This role is based in the head office in London with a minimum of three days per week spent in stores.
Zest Optical are currently working alongside a premium optical retailer to recruit a Retail Operations Manager into their growing head office team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative business that continues to expand across the UK and internationally. The role sits at the heart of the retail operation, ensuring stores have the systems, processes and support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Rather than managing individual store performance, this position focuses on building operational excellence across a multi-site estate, working closely with store teams and head office departments to improve efficiency, consistency and commercial performance.
