Job description
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 4:00pm Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Working as part of a committed team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years. * Support children's emotional, social, physical, and educational development. * Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). * Observe, assess, and record children's progress. * Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment. * Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety requirements. * Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Requirements * Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. * Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting. * Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework. * Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A positive, reliable, and professional approach to work. * Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
