This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where you'll make a real impact on healthcare delivery. You'll be part of a supportive team, helping connect healthcare professionals with the shifts that matter while delivering exceptional service to our clients every day.

Who are you?

At Newcross Healthcare, our Territory Partners are at the heart of delivering exceptional service to both clients and healthcare professionals.

This is a fast‑paced, operational role where you'll coordinate bookings, optimise workforce availability, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive the staffing support they need.

Working closely with clients, healthcare staff, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving service quality, workforce engagement, and territory performance.

What will you do?

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, bookings, and day‑to‑day support.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure workforce solutions meet demand.
  • Capture feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support client retention.
  • Escalate supply challenges and growth opportunities to the Territory Manager.

Workforce Engagement

  • Support healthcare professionals throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Assist with system access, app usage, compliance, and training requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication to increase workforce availability and engagement.
  • Proactively support utilisation, helping maximise shift uptake and workforce activity.

Bookings & Scheduling

  • Coordinate shift bookings to meet client requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Match workforce availability to client demand, ensuring high fill rates and service continuity.
  • Resolve scheduling issues and last‑minute changes quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate booking and scheduling records in line with company processes.

Territory Performance

  • Use systems and data to monitor activity, prioritise workload, and support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to key performance measures including fill rates, workforce utilisation, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the territory.
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment, bookings, and operations teams to deliver excellent outcomes.

What we’ll be looking for: (skills, experience + qualifications)

We're looking for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building relationships.

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, customer service, or workforce planning role (healthcare or staffing experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Equality, diversity, and inclusion:

We put equality, diversity, and inclusion at the heart of our business, seeking to promote fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all. We encourage individual expression in our workplace and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels they have the opportunity to contribute.

If you have a disability and would prefer to apply in a different format or would like us to make reasonable adjustments to enable you to apply or attend an interview, please contact us and we will talk.
