Employment Law Partner – Leamington Spa
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious employment law solicitor to join our national Employment, HR and Immigration practice as a partner, leading our offer in Leamington Spa. Whether you are an experienced partner seeking a new opportunity or a senior associate/legal director ready to step into partnership for the first time, this role offers the ideal setting to thrive.
As Head of Employment in Leamington, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the practice within our newest office, contributing to the energy, ambition and momentum of an expanding presence in the region. Working alongside our Joint Heads of Office, you will support business development activities and help drive the success of the Leamington office as it enters an exciting new chapter.
You will lead a team of varying experience levels, while managing a high‑quality and diverse caseload. There is plenty of work to pick up from day one, giving you an immediate platform from which to build your profile, strengthen client relationships and drive growth of the employment offering both locally and nationally.
