  • Take ownership of mechanical design packages, ensuring solutions are technically robust, commercially effective, and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Act as a key technical representative in discussions with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, programme management, progress reporting, and delivery performance.
  • Contribute to project financial performance alongside senior project leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting long-term business growth.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and technical forums.
  • Travel to project locations when required.

Technical Responsibilities

You will provide technical leadership across areas including:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and coordinating design delivery.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
  • Strong technical understanding of critical cooling systems and high-reliability environments.
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and developing engineers.

  • Lead engineering teams and develop your leadership capability.
  • Gain exposure to major international clients and large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • Progress your career towards Associate Director and senior leadership positions.
