Role Overview:

At ETM Group, being an Assistant General Manager is both a leadership role and a key step in your progression within premium hospitality. You're not just supporting the operation - you're helping shape the guest experience, developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals, and representing a brand that defines premium through our EPIC values.

Across our two distinct business areas - ETM Collection and ETM Sport London - our Assistant General Managers lead from the front alongside their General Managers. Whether supporting refined rooftop dining within the Collection or delivering high-energy, high-volume service in our iconic Sport London venues, you play a crucial role in driving culture, performance, and atmosphere in your space.

We place our venues in the hands of strong and ambitious leaders. As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, take ownership of key areas of the business, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and commercial performance. You'll lead from the floor, support team development, and contribute to the success of your venue with energy, accountability, and attention to detail.

* Proven Experience: You have strong experience in a senior supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, ideally within high-end, premium environments.

* Leadership Skills: You are a confident and approachable leader with a passion for developing and motivating your team.

* Financial Acumen: You have a good understanding of restaurant financials and can support in managing budgets and performance.

* Guest-centred Approach: You lead by example, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, premium guest experiences and attention to detail.

* Commercial Awareness: You understand key business drivers, supporting revenue growth, cost control, and overall venue performance.

* Problem-Solving Ability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage challenges as they arise.

* Passion for Food & Drink: You have a strong appreciation for modern cuisine and a good understanding of food and beverage trends.
