What you'll be involved in: * Coordinating installation teams and Electricians so work runs smoothly * Planning and scheduling projects to make the best use of time and resources * Helping maintain high quality standards across all work * Supporting materials ordering, stock availability and returns * Liaising with customers to keep communication clear and professional * Supporting staff and helping maintain a positive working environment * Assisting with pricing, quotations and identifying chargeable extras * Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Supporting the continued growth and development of the business What will help you succeed: * Previous hands-on experience working as an Electrician * Experience in operations, contracts management, project management or site supervision * A background in electrical contracting, construction, renewable energy or a related industry * Confidence planning work, coordinating people and managing multiple priorities * Competence with administrative and scheduling tasks * Good communication and customer service ability * A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach * A full, clean UK driving licence * Ability to work from 6:45am to 4:30pm If you want a role where you are trusted, involved and able to make a genuine operational impact, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of development.
