Due to continued investment, they are looking to appoint an accomplished HR Manager to lead the HR function at one of their flagship manufacturing sites in the East Riding.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the site leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Director, you will lead the HR function, providing both strategic direction and operational support across a busy manufacturing site. You will work closely with senior operational leaders to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service that supports business objectives, employee engagement and organisational performance.
