They discover new talent, negotiate partnerships, spot opportunities before anyone else, and help creators build thriving businesses while driving significant commercial growth for Wellgard. So, what is a Creator Manager? Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into jobs, youll recruit talented creators to promote our products on TikTok Shop. Youll identify high-potential creators, build long-term partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and help them grow their businesses. As they grow, so does Wellgard. Youll already know how to: * Build rapport and establish trust quickly * Spot potential before others do * Negotiate confidently * Handle rejection with resilience * Manage multiple relationships and priorities at once * Work towards ambitious commercial targets * Stay proactive in a fast-moving environment What you’ll be doing * Recruiting and onboarding high-potential TikTok creators * Building genuine, long-term relationships through calls, messages and social media * Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships * Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise sales * Spotting emerging trends and creator opportunities before competitors do * Analysing creator performance, GMV and ROI to optimise results * Owning ambitious commercial targets and contributing directly to company growth This is a performance-focused role Every creator you recruit has the potential to generate thousands of pounds in sales.
