Deals Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Energy & Infrastructure
Are you looking to work on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure, energy and renewables transactions? We are working with a leading Deals Tax team that advises investors, funds and corporates on the tax aspects of complex transactions across infrastructure, utilities, energy transition and real assets. The team combines deep transaction expertise with a strong international network, offering exposure to high-profile deals and excellent long-term career progression. In this role, you will work alongside M&A, corporate finance and sector specialists to help clients structure acquisitions, disposals and investments efficiently while managing tax risk and delivering commercially focused solutions. UK Tax knowledge / experience is a must.
This is an excellent opportunity for a transaction tax professional who wants to deepen their sector expertise in Energy & Infrastructure while working on complex, high-value deals in a supportive and ambitious team environment.
