The business has built a reputation for delivering high standards across every aspect of the guest journey, from warm and welcoming service to carefully crafted menus showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients.
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, leading from the front while ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout all areas of the operation.
You will work closely with the ownership and senior leadership team to continue building the pub’s reputation, drive commercial performance, and create an environment where both guests and staff thrive.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background within quality gastro pubs, restaurants, or hospitality operations and possess strong leadership, commercial awareness, and people management skills. You will be a visible presence within the business, passionate about hospitality, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences while developing a successful and motivated team.
