Are you a senior procurement leader who wants to own a function rather than inherit one? Do you get more out of building the strategy than working through someone else's flowchart?
Hop To Talent are hiring a Head of Procurement for a group of companies. The group spends roughly £20m to £30m a year with third parties across materials, subcontractors, fleet, insurance and professional services, and it is now building a permanent, in-house procurement function.
There is no complete contracts register and no embedded process waiting for you. The first job is visibility: what the group buys, from whom, on what terms and where the money is leaking.
From there you design the strategy, harmonise suppliers across the business units and build a small team around you.
