As Investment Director, you'll drive the full investment lifecycle — from origination and evaluation through execution, structuring, and active portfolio management. You'll work at the centre of a lean, high‑calibre team, with direct influence over how the firm deploys capital and creates value across its clean energy portfolio.
You’ll bring your own deal instincts, your own relationships, and your own view on where the best opportunities sit in the UK market right now.
London-based, hybrid working. £150,000 – £170,000 base + bonus and long‑term incentive potential.
The firm is well‑capitalised, focused, and operating in a market where the deal flow is only becoming more sophisticated. You'll have the seniority to shape strategy, the deal access to do meaningful work, and the team around you to make it count.
