The Role
As a Psychology Graduate, you could work as a:
- Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- SEND Teaching Assistant
- Behaviour Support Assistant
- SEMH Support Assistant
- Learning Mentor
- Autism Support Assistant
- Pastoral Support Assistant
You'll gain valuable experience by:
- Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Working with young people with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH and additional learning needs
- Helping students overcome barriers to learning
- Building positive relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Working alongside experienced teachers, SENDCos and pastoral teams

We're Looking For
- A degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, resilient and empathetic individuals
- Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
